Coordination Committee Secretariat

To ensure the operations and continued existence of the Coordinating Committee, a secretariat has been created. It is responsible for all aspects of the Coordinating Committee’s operations, notably with respect to meetings, Committee financial matters, correspondence, preparation of reports and minutes, community relations, etc. It is also responsible for providing the logistical and professional support the advisory committees need to be able to function.

The secretariat takes action with the marine park’s partner organisations, plays a role in creating and validating partnership application files and other files, and sees that they are forwarded to the appropriate parties.

The secretary functions according to guidelines established by the Coordinating Committee presidency and works in direct contact with the marine park’s associate directors.
